The Peña Internacional Malaguista is the official foreign supporters' club of Málaga Club de Fútbol. It is part of the Federacion de Peñas of which Peña liason officer Mercy Chapman is a board member. The Peña was set up to encompass all English speaking fans of Málaga CF in Spain, in the UK or anywhere in the world, and created to provide a service for everyone who requires information, tickets or transport to the stadium and gives a direct voice to the football club from its members. The Peña does not aim to be an 'elite clique' or cater only for fans who live in a particular area of the coast, everyone has their own daily social groups and matchday gatherings, but it is the Peña's intention to gain as many members as possible from foreign Málaga fans everywhere in order to give all 'guiris' some decent recognition by the football club, because, despite 10% of the club's attendances over the years being ex pats and tourists, there has been little notice taken of us when we've asked for simple issues to be undertaken by the club.

How to join

The yearly membership fee is €5.00

If you are joining from the UK, please contact the Peña's UK Representative Christian, the email address is christian@malagafootballenglish.com. He will reply to you with all the information you need to become a member.

If you are joining from Spain, please download the membership form, fill it in and send it by post or deliver by hand to Ken Schooler, The Tavern Pub, Calle Peral, Old Town, Marbella 29600.

Benefits

€5.00 discount on the coach that runs from Marbella to the stadium and back (you will have your money back from just one trip!). Priority bookings on the coach for major matches.

Priority match ticket booking from Ken for the matches with heavy demand for tickets (Barcelona, Real Madrid etc). The Federacion of Peñas also allocate their members match tickets for away games so in the event of large travelling support going to stadiums with limited away fans seats, you can be sure of entry.

As mentioned above, if you have an issue with the football club, you can have your say through the Peña President and Secretary.

Peña members will be entitled to a discount on club merchandise from the club shops with your membership card and ID. (In the event of the 'none too on-the-ball' shop attendants querying this, ask them to call Miguel Molina, the president of the Federación de Peñas Malaguistas and he will clear it.)
